Software price is calculated per active truck per month, with a minimum equivalent to 5 trucks.
No additional fees for driver accounts. Trailer and container profiles are managed within the plan.
Each AI OCR reefer log run consists of a set of two photos (RETURN/SUPPLY).
Devices, installation, SIM/connectivity, and custom development are quoted separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can it be used without installing sensors?

Yes. Fleets can start with trip management, AI OCR reefer logs, and finance management. Tracking devices can be added when in-cargo data monitoring is needed.

Does AI OCR automatically confirm parameters?

AI OCR reads and fills parameters from photos. Drivers check and confirm before submitting; original photos are saved with the record for verification. If a photo is hard to read, drivers can edit or enter numbers manually.

Does AI OCR for reefer logs replace in-box sensors?

The two data sources serve different roles. AI OCR logs record parameters displayed on the reefer unit at the time of shooting; sensors measure conditions at the device's location based on configured intervals.

Can existing GPS or sensor devices be reused?

Digiport will check the device type, data extraction method, and connectivity before proposing a solution. Integration scope is confirmed in the quotation.

Can it track deposits, driver advances, and debts?

Yes. The system separately records customer deposits, payments, and driver advances. Expenses are checked against receipts; accounts receivable are tracked per trip and aggregated by customer.

Is the difference between revenue and expenses the net profit?

This is the difference between actual revenue and confirmed expenses for the trip. Unrecorded or unallocated costs are not included in this figure.

Does the price include tracking devices?

No. The listed price covers software fees and the corresponding service scope. Devices, installation, and connectivity are quoted separately based on configuration, quantity, and transport routes.
